MINUTES


Representative Mullery, Chair, called the meeting to order at 6:40 P.M. on Monday, March 3, 2008, at Folwell Park Community Center, 1615 Dowling Ave N, Minneapolis.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Lillie moved approval of the Minutes for February 28, 2008. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.

Public testimony was taken on the problems people have experienced on mortgage foreclosures and predatory lending in North Minneapolis. The following people testified:
