Representative Neva Walker, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:07 A.M. on Friday, February 29, 2008, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Rep. Ruud moved that the minutes of February 22, 2008 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Rep. Greiling moved that HF3539 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Health and Human Services.

Rep. Ruud moved that HF3539 be re-referred to the Committee on Health and Human Services but without further recommendation.

A division was requested.

On a vote of 5 AYES and 7 NAYS THE MOTION DID NOT PREVAIL.

Rep. Wardlow moved that HF3539 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Health and Human Services. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

The meeting was adjourned at 12:18 P.M.
