MINUTES


Representative Gene Pelowski, Chair of the Governmental Operations, Reform, Technology and Elections Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:05 A.M. on Friday, March 23, 2007, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Simon moved that the minutes of March 22, 2007, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Poppe moved that HF 1339 be recommended to pass and placed on the General Register.

Representative Poppe moved to amend HF 1339 (see attached H1339A1 amendment).

"Subd. 7. (Repeal.) This section is repealed June 30, 2011."
