Representative Dave Olin, Co-Chair of the Public Safety Finance Division Committee, called the forty-eighth meeting to order at 8:11 a.m., Wednesday, March 26, 2008 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Rep. Olin assumed the gavel at 1:12 p.m.
Rep. Kohls moved approval of the minutes for March 14 and March 19. MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES ARE APPROVED.
HF4077 (Paymar) Public Safety Finance budget bill
Rep. Paymar moved HF4077.
Rep. Paymar moved the
H4077DE4 amendment (attached). THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Gary Karger, MN House Fiscal Staff, reviewed the budget recommendations.
Rep. Paymar renewed the motion that HF4077, as amended, be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Finance. MOTION PREVAILED.
