MINUTES
Representative Karen Clark, Chair, called the eleventh meeting to order at 10:04 a.m. on Tuesday, February 20, 2007 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Clark called the meeting to order at 10:04 a.m.
A quorum was present.
Commissioner Dianne Mandernach, presented the goals for the Department of Health.
Assistant Commissioner Margaret Kelly presented the Governor's Budget for the Department of Health.
Mary Manning, Director of Health Promotion and Chronic Disease for the Department of Health discussed the cancer surveillance system.
Representative Swails moved that the minutes of February 14 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The meeting was adjourned at 11:31 a.m.
