A quorum not present, Chair Huntley began the tenth meeting at 12:37 p.m. on Tuesday, February 6, 2007, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.
The Chair introduced Scott Leitz, Assistant Commissioner, Minnesota Department of Health and Brian Osberg, Assistant Commissioner, Minnesota Department of Human Services.
A quorum present at 12:38, the Chair formally called the meeting to order.

Representative Gottwalt moved adoption of the February 1 minutes. The motion prevailed.
Commissioners Leitz and Osberg began their joint presentation of Governor Pawlenty's Healthy Connections Proposal and responded to questions of the committee members. April Todd-Malmlov, Assistant Director, Health Economics Program, Minnesota Department of Health, was also called from the audience to respond to questions.
The meeting adjourned at 2:00 p.m.
