SUBCOMMITTEE ON WATERSHEDS, WETLANDS, AND BUFFER PROTECTION
MINUTES
Representative Rick Hansen, Chair of the Subcommittee, called the meeting to order at 12:30 P.M. on March 6, 2007, in Room 500 South of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Doug Thomas, Assistant Director, Board of Soil and Water Resources (BWSR), presented an overview of the BWSR budget.
Representative Doty assumed the gavel at 12:34 P.M.
Ex-officio member Representative Wagenius was present.
Chair Hansen reassumed the gavel at 12:41 P.M.
A quorum was present at 12:42 P.M
Representative Anzelc moved the minutes of February 27th, 2007. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES ARE APPROVED.
Craig Johnson, League of Minnesota Cities, provided testimony in response to a question from Representative Wagenius on non-conforming septic systems.
The meeting was adjourned at 1:41 P.M.
