Vice Chair Doty called the meeting to order at 6:51 P.M. on February 20th, 2008, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
HF2957 Wagenius, Beneficial use of wastewater demonstration projects grants provided, bonds issued, and money appropriated.
Representative Wagenius moved that HF2957 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the committee on Finance.
Representative Wagenius presented HF2957.
Representative Wagenius moved the BOND-JT-DE3 amendment.
Representative Wagenius presented the amendment and accompanying spreadsheet.
Representative Moe presented the trails portion of the amendment.
Representative Hansen presented the portion of the amendment dealing with the RIM Reserve program.
Representative Wagenius renewed her motion of the DE3 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT IS ADOPTED.
HF2957 as amended was laid over.
