Representative Kent Eken, Co-Chair, called the meeting to order at 1:14 P.M. on Monday, February 11th, 2008, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Dr. Kenneth Cook of Environmental Working Group testified on the effects of toxic chemicals in the human body.
Dr. David Wallinga of the Institute for Agriculture and Trade Policy gave a presentation on chemicals, environments, child learning, and economic growth.
The meeting was adjourned at 3:27 P.M.
