MINUTES
Chair Wagenius called the meeting to order at 8:07 A.M. on March 11th, 2008, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Bob Meier, Department of Natural Resources (DNR) Assistant Commissioner, presented the DNR 2008 supplemental budget recommendations.
Kent Lokkesmoe, Director, DNR Division of Waters, testified in response to questions from the committee.
A quorum was present at 8:28 A.M.
Forrest Boe, Director, DNR Trails and Waterways Division, testified on the Trails and Waterways portion of the budget.
Courtland Nelson, Director, DNR Parks Division, testified on the Parks portion of the budget.
Dave Schad, Director, DNR Fish and Wildlife Division, testified on the Fish and Wildlife portion of the budget.
Steve Hirsch, Director, DNR Ecological Resources, testified on the Ecological Resources portion of the budget.
Colonel Mike Hamm, DNR Chief Conservation Officer, testified on the enforcement portion of the budget.
Myrna Halbach, Pollution Control Agency (PCA) Chief Financial Officer, presented the PCA 2008 supplemental budget recommendations.
Lyle Mueller, PCA Finance Manager, testified on the budget.
Representative Gardner moved that the minutes of March 5 be approved. THE MOTOIN PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES ARE APPROVED.
The meeting adjourned at 9:42 A.M.
