MINUTES
Representative Jean Wagenius, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:04 A.M. on March 1, 2007, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Leo Raudys, Deputy Commissioner, Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA), continued the MPCA overview.
A quorum was present at 8:15 A.M.
Lyle Mueller, Finance Manager, MPCA, provided testimony on the MPCA budget.
Representative Hansen moved that the minutes of February 20th and 22ND be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES ARE APPROVED.
