Handouts: 2007 Energy Appropriations & Studies Status Report.

Chair Hilty cited Section 37 (St. Paul Port Authority), lines 170.13 - 170.13 of the Energy Committee Conference Committee Report, SF 2096 (2007-2008).
"…an eligible energy technology as defined in Minnesota Statutes, section 216B.1691, subdivision 1, except that it does not include mixed municipal solid waste as an eligible energy technology."
Mr. Bull agreed that the language was, "as clear as it can be then, that [Refuse Derived Fuels] should not be included [as part of the Rock-Tenn project]."

3:17 - Rep. Gardner moved approval of the minutes of Monday February 18. The motion prevailed. The minutes were adopted as corrected.
