2:41 PM -- Representative Slocum moved approval of the minutes of March 5, 2007. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

2:41 PM - Rep. Kalin moved HF1221.

2:42 PM - Rep. Kalin moved the H1221DE1 amendment.

2:43 PM - Rep. Kalin moved the H1221A1 amendment.

Rep. Kalin incorporated the following amendment in the H1221A1 amendment:

Page 1, Line 6, delete the words "delete everything"
Page 1, Line 6, after "'facility'" delete the word "and"
Page 1, Line 7, delete the words "which as received an exemption from the"
Page 1, Line 7, after "facility" insert the words "exempt under"
Page 1, Line 8, delete everything and insert "Page 3, Line 21, delete 'as
defined in'"

The motion prevailed. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

7:56 PM -- Rep. Kalin renewed his motion to adopt the H1221A3 Amendment.

The motion prevailed. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

8:03 PM - Rep. Kalin renewed his motion to recommend that HF1221 pass as amended and be referred to the Committee on Finance with a recommendation to place it on the General Register.

The motion prevailed.
