Representative Alice Hausman, Chair of the Capital Investment Committee, called the meeting to order at 2:17 p.m. on Thursday, January 25, 2007, in the Room 5 of the State Office Building.

A quorum was present.
Rep. Berns moved approval of the minutes from the meeting of Tuesday, January 23, 2007.

University of Minnesota - HEAPR 2007 Capital Request presentation by:
- Kathleen O'Brien, Vice-President, U of M
- Richard Pfutzenreuter, CFO, U of M
Minnesota State Colleges and Universities (MnSCU) - HEAPR 2007 Capital Request, presentations by:
- Allan Johnson, Associate Vice-Chancellor of Facilities, MnSCU
Scott Formo, President, Minnesota State College Student Association, and a student at Alexandria Technical College, testified on behalf of MnSCU students in support of MnSCU's 2007 bonding request.
The meeting was adjourned at 3:38 p.m.
