Representative Al Juhnke, Chair, called the thirty-first meeting to order at 10:12AM on Wednesday, March 19, 2008 in Basement of the State Office Building.

Representative Shimanski moved that the minutes of March 18, 2008 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF 4027 (Sailer); a bill relating to agriculture; modifying the waste pesticide collection program; amending Minnesota Statutes.
Chair Juhnke moved that HF 4027 be recommended to pass and be held over for possible inclusion in the Omnibus Agriculture, Rural Economies, and Veterans Affairs Finance Bill.
