Representative Al Juhnke, Chair, called the first meeting to order at 10:05AM on Wednesday, February 28, 2007 in Basement of the State Office Building.

Representative Hansen moved that the minutes of February 27, 2007 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Geir Friisoe, Director, Plant Protection Division, and Chuck Dryke, Assistant Director, Minnesota Department of Agriculture, presented a budget overview.
