Chair Carlson moved adoption of the Environment and Natural Resources Finance Division Report for HF854, First Committee Engrossment. (See language at http://wdoc.house.leg.state.mn.us/leg/LS85/CEH0854.1.pdf). THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE DIVISION REPORT WAS ADOPTED.

Rep. Sailer moved that HF854, First Committee Engrossment be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.

Rep. Sailer presented HF854 (Sailer) Video display device collection, transportation, and recycling provided; and civil penalties imposed.

Rep. Murphy, M. moved adoption of the Education Finance and Economic Competitiveness Division Report on HF797, Second Committee Engrossment. (See language at http://wdoc.house.leg.state.mn.us/leg/LS85/CEH0797.2.pdf). THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE DIVISION REPORT WAS ADOPTED.

Rep. Jaros moved to amend HF797, Second Committee Engrossment, as amended, incorporating HF1660 First Committee Engrossment Article 1 Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 pertaining Explore Minnesota Tourism, the Minnesota Historical Society, the Arts Board and Minnesota Humanities Commission and Article 2 pertaining to flag repair. (See attached amendment H0797A42). THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Rep. Clark moved to amend HF797, Second Committee Engrossment, as amended, incorporating HF2241 First Committee Engrossment Article 3 pertaining to the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency. (See attached amendment A07-0738). THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Rep. Murphy renewed the motion that HF797, Second Committee Engrossment, as amended,
be laid over for inclusion in the Higher Education Omnibus Bill and the Workforce Development Omnibus Bill. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Carlson moved that SF1989, Second Engrossment (Pappas) Higher Education Omnibus Appropriations Bill, (See language at http://wdoc.house.leg.state.mn.us/leg/LS85/SF1989.2.pdf).
be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Taxes.

Rep. Murphy moved to delete the Senate language in SF1989, Second Engrossment and insert the House language of HF797 Second Committee Engrossment Articles 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, as amended, pertaining to Higher Education. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Carlson moved that SF1989, Second Engrossment, as amended, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Taxes. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Carlson moved that SF2089, Second Engrossment (Tomassoni) Jobs and Economic Development Omnibus Appropriations Bill. (See language at http://wdoc.house.leg.state.mn.us/leg/LS85/SF2089.2.pdf) be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Taxes.

Rep. Murphy moved to delete the Senate language in SF2089, Second Engrossment and insert the House language of HF797, Second Committee Engrossment Articles 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 13 and 14, as amended, pertaining to Workforce Development. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Carlson renewed the motion that SF2089, Second Engrossment, as amended, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Taxes. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Rep. Huntley moved that HF297, First Committee Engrossment, be laid over for inclusion in the Health Care and Human Services Omnibus Bill.

Rep. Carlson moved that SF2171, Second Engrossment (Berglin) Health Care and Human Services Omnibus Appropriations Bill, (See language at http://wdoc.house.leg.state.mn.us/leg/LS85/SF2171.2.pdf) be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Taxes.

Rep. Huntley moved to delete the Senate language in SF2171 and insert the House language of HF297 First Committee Engrossment, as amended. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
