Representative Kent Eken, Chair, called the meeting to order at 8:52 P.M. on Monday, May 7th, 2007, Room 5 of the State Office Building.

Representative Dill moved approval of the minutes of April 24th, 2007. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES ARE APPROVED.
HF 2285 (Sertich) Natural resource and cultural heritage dedicated funding provided through increased sales tax revenue, funds established, and constitutional amendment proposed.
Representative Dill moved adoption of the Committee Report on HF 2285. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE COMMITTEE REPORT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Dill moved HF 2285 be recommended to pass and be referred to the Committee on Rules.
Representative Sertich testified on HF 2285.
