MINUTES


Representative Kent Eken, Chair, called the meeting to order at 4:08 P.M. on Thursday, February 22nd, 2007, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Representative Gardner moved approval of the minutes of February 20th, 2007. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES ARE APPROVED.

HF 854 (Sailer) Video display device collection, transportation, and recycling provided; and civil penalties imposed.

Representative Sailer moved HF 854 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Commerce and Labor.

Representative Sailer moved the H0854A2 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
