Representative Jim Knoblach, Chair of the Ways & Means Committee, began the fourth meeting at 12:34 p.m. on Monday, January 24, 2005 in Room 200 of the State Office Building. A quorum was not present.

A presentation on state agency performance reporting was given by Jay Stroebel, Results Management Coordinator, Office of Strategic Planning and Results Management, MN Department of Administration.
Representative Knoblach called the meeting officially to order at 12:43 p.m. A quorum was present.
Representative Buesgens moved that the minutes of January 19, 2005 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
A presentation of overview of state budget non-general fund accounts by Bill Marx, Chief Fiscal Analyst.
The meeting was adorned at 2:37 p.m.
