MINUTES
Representative Ray Vandeveer, Chairman of the Property and Local Tax Division Committee, called the First meeting to order at 10:25 AM on Thursday, February 3, 2005, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.
The Clerk noted the roll.

Chairman Vandeveer requested committee member input and discussion regarding specific goals members may have for the committee this session.
House Research staff made a presentation regarding Tax Increment Financing and the Local Sales Tax Option.
