MINUTES
Representative Ray Vandeveer, Chairman of the Property and Local Tax Division Committee, called the Seventh meeting to order at 10:25 AM on Wednesday, March 9, 2005, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.
The Clerk noted the roll.

Representative Simpson moved approval of the minutes: March 3, 2005.
Chair Vandeveer moved HF 835.
Rep. Cornish presented HF 835.

Chair Vandeveer moved HF 835 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Division Report.

Rep. Brod moved to amend HF 420 as follows:
Page 1, line 11, delete "must" and insert "may".
Page 1, line 22, delete "must" and insert "may".
Page 1, line 23, delete "The reduction" and insert "If the reduction is granted it".
Rep. Brod withdrew her motion.
Chair Vandeveer moved HF 420 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Division Report.
Rep. Nelson moved HF 1146 for possible inclusion in the Division Report.
Rep. Nelson presented HF 1146.
