MINUTES


Representative Phil Krinkie, Chair of the Taxes Committee, called the twenty-eighth meeting to order at 9:27 a.m. on Wednesday, May 4, 2005, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Clerk noted the roll.

Chairman Krinkie moved to reconsider passage HF 2461.

Chairman Krinkie moved the amendment labeled H2461A53 to be adopted and incorporated into HF 2461.
Representative Anderson requested a roll call vote on the adoption of the amendment labeled H2461A53.
Representative Anderson moved to orally amend the amendment labeled H2461A53 by deleting on page 1, all of line five and inserting on line five “in lieu thereof pages 82-84, delete Article 3”
Representative Anderson requested a roll call vote on the adoption of his oral amendment to the amendment labeled H2461A53.

Representative Lenczewski moved to reconsider the adoption of the amendment labeled H2461A18 into HF 2461.

Representative Dorman moved the amendment labeled A05-0804 to be adopted and incorporated into the amendment labeled A05-0792.

On page 1, line 5 after “may” insert, “with the county auditor’s consent”
On page 1, line 13 after “include” insert “only”
On page 1, line 18 after “other” insert “financial”
