MINUTES
Representative Phil Krinkie, Chair of the Taxes Committee, called the twentieth meeting to order at 10:27 a.m. on Tuesday, March 30, 2005, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Chairman Krinkie moved HF 1516 to be considered for possible inclusion in the Tax Committee’s omnibus bill.
Chairman Krinkie moved the amendment labeled H1516A1 to be adopted and incorporated into HF 1516.
THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
