MINUTES
Representative Phil Krinkie, Chair of the Taxes Committee, called the fifteenth meeting to order at 10:21 a.m. on Tuesday, March 8, 2005, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Chairman Krinkie moved HF 20 to be laid over for possible inclusion in the Tax Committee’s omnibus bill.

Chairman Krinkie moved the amendment labeled H0020A1 to be adopted and incorporated into HF 20.
THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Chariman Krinkie laid over HF 20 as amended for possible inclusion in the Tax Committee’s omnibus bill.
Representative Abrams moved HF 1254 to be laid over for possible inclusion in the Tax Committee’s omnibus bill.

Chairman Krinkie moved the amendment labeled H0200A1 to be adopted and incorporated into HF 200.
THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Howes renewed his motion that HF 200 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Tax Committee’s omnibus bill.
Chariman Krinkie laid over HF 200 as amended for possible inclusion in the Tax Committee’s omnibus bill.
Representative Marquart moved HF 571 to be laid over for possible inclusion in the Tax Committee’s omnibus bill.
Representative Marquart moved the amendment labeled H0571A2 to be adopted and incorporated into HF 571.
THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
