MINUTES


Representative Brad Finstad, member of the Committee on State Government Finance called the twenty-fourth meeting to order at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, April 13, 2005, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Clerk noted the roll.

A quorum was present.



An informational hearing was given on HF2133 with regards to the lease of state property at 168 Aurora Avenue in St. Paul as a child care facility authorized.

Representative Peppin assumed the gavel at 8:35 a.m.

Chair Peppin moved HF1172 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the committee on Ways and Means.

as drafted by the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws and
recommend alternative structures for the permanent commission on Electronic Real Estate
Recording Standards."
