MINUTES
Representative Joyce Peppin, Vice Chair of the State Government Finance Committee, called the forty-first meeting to order at 8:25 a.m. on Tuesday, April 11, 2006 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Clerk noted the roll.

Chair Peppin moved SF2293 be recommend to pass and referred to the Committee on Rules and Legislative Administration.

Representative Solberg moves to insert the language of HF2362 into SF2293. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Insert: “St. Paul Teachers Increase Limit. Notwithstanding any law to the contrary, the St Paul Teachers Retirement Fund Association may not pay a postretirement adjustment of more that five percent in any year, effective July 1, 2010.”
