MINUTES
Representative Paulsen, Chair of the Committee on Rules and Legislative Administration, called the thirty-ninth meeting to order at 9:08 a.m. on Wednesday, April 26, 2006 in Room 118 of the State.
The Clerk noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
The first matter under consideration was the approval of the minutes from the meeting on Monday, April 24, 2006.
Rep. Kelliher moved that the minutes be approved.
The MOTION PREVAILED; THE MINUTES FROM THE MEETING ON MONDAY, APRIL 24, 2006 WERE APPROVED.
The second matter under consideration was the approval of the Proposed Supplemental Calendar for the Day for Wednesday, April 26, 2006.
Rep. Smith moved that the Proposed Supplemental Calendar for the Day be approved.
The MOTION PREVAILED THE PROPOSED SUPPLEMENTAL CALENDAR FOR
THE DAY FOR WEDNESDAY, APRIL 26, 2006 WAS APPROVED.
The third matter under consideration was HF2688 (Westrom).
Rep. Paulsen moved that HF2688 be recommended to pass and be placed on the General Register.
Rep. Westrom presented HF2688.
Discussion.
Rep. Paulsen renewed his motion that HF2688 be recommended to pass and be placed on the General Register.
The MOTION PREVAILED; HF2688 WAS RECOMMENDED TO PASS AND BE PLACED ON THE GENERAL REGISTER.
The fourth matter under consideration was HF 3855 (Wardlow).
Rep. Paulsen moved that HF3855 be recommended to pass and be placed on the General Register.
Rep. Wardlow presented HF3855.
Rep. Paulsen renewed his motion that HF3855 be recommended to pass and be placed on the General Register.
The MOTION PREVAILED; HF3855 WAS RECOMMENDED TO PASS AND BE PLACED ON THE GENERAL REGISTER.
