Rep. Joe Hoppe, Chair of the Liquor Subcommittee, called the third meeting to order at 10:05 a.m. on January 30, 2006 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The committee heard a presentation on liquor industry restructuring.
Testifying before the committee was Dr. Glen Whitman, Associate Professor of Economics, California State University, Northridge.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:40 a.m.
