MINUTES
Rep. Torrey Westrom, Chair of the Regulated Industries Committee, called the thirteenth meeting to order at 2:45 p.m. on March 30, 2005 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Clerk noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Rep. Westrom moved that the Regulated Industries Committee recess until 3:15 p.m. The motion prevailed.
The Regulated Industries Committee reconvened at 4:10 p.m.
Rep. Westrom addressed concerns regarding HF 1344 and proposed amendments.
Rep. Westrom waived the 24-hour rule of the committee for purposes of submitting new amendments to HF 1344.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:10 p.m.
