MINUTES


Representative Mark Olson, Chair of the Local Government Committee, called the forty-first meeting to order at 5:30 P.M. on Thursday, March 23, 2006, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The clerk noted the roll.

OLSON, Mark moved the document DD149 as amended be adopted and introduced as a Committee Bill and the bill be recommended to pass and be referred to the Committee on Governmental Operations and Veterans Affairs.

The following provided concluding remarks on the proposed Committee Bill:

Craig Johnson (see above); Kari Thurlow (see above); Kent Sulem (see above); and Nancy Larson (see above).

There being no further testimony, pro or con, the question reoccurred on the Olson Motion. THE MOTION PREVAILED


The Chair announced the March 24, 2006 meeting was cancelled.
