Representative Bob Gunther, Chair of the Jobs & Economic Opportunity Policy & Finance Committee and Senator Dallas Sams, Chair of the Environment, Agriculture & Economic Development Budget Division called the forty-seventh meeting to order at 10:10 a.m., on Wednesday, February 22, 2006, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Clerk noted the roll.
