MINUTES
Representative Joyce Peppin of the Health Policy and Finance Committee, called the sixty-third meeting to order at 10:22 a.m. on Wednesday, March 29, 2006 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.
The Clerk noted the roll.

HF 3913 (Bradley) Critical access dental providers annual reimbursement schedules and limits required
Rep. Bradley moved HF 3913 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Health Policy and Finance omnibus bill.

Chairman Bradley assumed the gavel at 10:35 a.m.
HF 3630 (Emmer) Children's mental health grants provided; mental health service delivery and finance reform provided; and mental health case management, rates, and general assistance medical care coverages modified.
Rep. Emmer moved HF 3630 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Health Policy and Finance omnibus bill.
Rep. Emmer moved to amend HF 3630 (see Amendment H3630A1 attached).
Rep. Emmer incorporated the following author’s amendment to Amendment H3630A1:
Page 1, delete lines 1.2 and 1.3
Page 1, line 1.6, after "plans" insert “in mental health services, including case
management"
