MINUTES


Representative Tom Huntley, Chair of the Licensing Subcommittee, called the first meeting to order at 6:12 p.m. on March 16, 2005, in Room 500N of the State Office Building.

The Clerk noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

HF 1594 (Eken) Respiratory therapy practice recognized in emergency situations.

Rep. Eken moved HF 1594 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Full Committee.

Rep. Eken presented HF 1594.

Rep. Eken renewed his motion that HF 1594 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Full Committee.

HF 977 (Larson) Alcohol and drug counselors for City, County, and State agencies licensure modified.

Rep. Huntley moved HF 977 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Full Committee.

Rep. Huntley moved HF 1370 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Full Committee.
