MINUTES
Representative Fran Bradley, Chair of the Health Policy and Finance Committee, called the forty-eighth meeting to order at 2:09 p.m. on Tuesday, February 14, 2006 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.
The Clerk noted the roll.

A quorum was present at 2:15 p.m.
The following people testified regarding program integrity in Minnesota public health care programs:
Vicki Kunnerth, MN Department of Human Services
Ramona Scarpace, MN Department of Human Services
Linda Davis Johnson, MN Department of Human Services
Rep. Thao moved approval of the minutes of November 16, 2005, and January 26, 2006. THE MOTION PREVAILED. The minutes were approved.
Testimony continued on program integrity in Minnesota public health care programs:
Karen Gibson, MN Department of Human Services
Steve Nelson, MN Department of Human Services
Rep. Abeler, Chair of the Health Care Cost Containment Division, announced future meetings of the Division to be held on February 28 and March 1.
Rep. Huntley requested Minnesota Department of Human Services and the Association of Minnesota Counties present future testimony in regard to federal cuts in case management.
The next meeting of the Health Policy and Finance Committee will be held at the Call of The Chair.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:05 p.m.
