Representative Kathy Tingelstad, Chair of the Governmental Operations and Veterans Affairs Committee, called the twenty fifth meeting to order at 10:23 am on Wednesday, March 16, 2005, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Clerk noted the roll.

HF1778 (Blaine) relating to the military; providing for rental of certain facilities at Camp Ripley; amending Minnesota Statutes 2004, section 190.16, by adding a subdivision.
