MINUTES

Representative Tom Hackbarth, Chair of the Environment & Natural Resources Policy Committee, called the twenty-second meeting to order at 12:41 p.m. on April 12, 2005, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Clerk noted the roll.

12:42:01 PM Rep. Dill moved the minutes of the Environment & Natural Resources Committee, dated April 5, 2005.

12:42:23 PM HF2279 (Kohls) Cologne trail construction wetland replacement requirement exemption

Rep Dill moved that HF2279 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Rules and Legislative Administration.
12:42:40 PM Rep. Dill moved the A05-0569 amendment.

12:44:04 PM Mayor of Cologne, Barbara Swanson, testified on the bill.
12:48:59 PM City Engineer of Cologne, Craig Schmidt, testified on the bill.
12:53:37 PM Rep. Dill renewed his motion that HF2279 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Rules and Legislative Administration.

12:54:11 PM HF731 (Cox) Individual sewage treatment system inspection requirements modified to avoid conflicts of interest

Rep. Cox moved that HF731 be recommended to pass and be placed on the General Register.

Rep. Cox moved the A0-0546 amendment.

12:57:59 PM Rep. Cox renewed his motion that HF731 be passed and placed on the General Register.
