MINUTES


Representative Tony Cornish of the Environment & Natural Resources Policy Committee, called the thirty-second meeting to order at 12:36 p.m. on March 28, 2006, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Clerk noted the roll.

Rep. Tingelstad moved the adoption of the minutes of the Environment and Natural Resources Policy Committee dated March 23, 2006.

12:37:20 PM HF3081(Eken) Ottertail River canoe and boating route designated and funding provided, other routes and river accesses marked, bonds issued, and money appropriated.

The Chair moved that HF3081 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the committee on Agriculture, Environment & Natural Resources Finance.

12:43:04 PM HF3057 (Beard) Lower Minnesota River Watershed District acquisition, maintenance, operation, and improvement of dredge material site authorized, fees imposed, and bonds issued.
