Representative Tom Hackbarth, Chair of the Environment & Natural Resources Policy Committee, called the eighteenth meeting to order at 12:39 p.m. on March 22, 2005, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Clerk noted the roll.

Rep. Hackbarth moved that HF2006 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Governmental Operations & Veterans Affairs.
