Representative Tom Hackbarth, Chair of the Environment & Natural Resources Policy Committee, called, unofficially, the twelfth meeting to order at 12:39 p.m. on March 3, 2005, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Clerk noted the roll.

Rep. Cornish explained the bill.
