Representative Mark Buesgens, Chair of the Education Policy and Reform Committee, began the seventh meeting at 8:19AM on Thursday, February 10, 2005, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Clerk noted the roll.

Representative Mark Buesgens, Chair of the Education Policy and Reform Committee, called the seventh meeting officially to order at 8:22AM. A quorum was present.

Rep. Carlson moved the minutes of February 3, 2005. THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.
