Representative Barb Sykora, Chair of the Education Finance Committee, called the tenth meeting to order at 12:34 PM on Tuesday, February 08, 2005, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Clerk noted the roll.

HF248 (Juhnke) Common School District No. 815, Prinsburg, referendum authority converted; school levy recertification authorized; and private school student exemption
12:59:10 PM Rep. Sykora moved HF248 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Tax Committee.
