Representative Paul Kohls, Chair of the Technology, Bioscience & Medical Products Division, called the FIFTH meeting to order at 12:35 p.m. on Thursday, March 3, 2005, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Clerk noted the roll.

Rep. Zellers moved the adoption of the minutes of the Technology, Bioscience & Medical Products Division Committee dated Thursday, February 24, 2005

Rep. Peppin assumed the gavel at 12:35

HF 1356 (Kohls) Corporate research tax credit computation increased

Rep. Kohls moved that HF 1356 be recommended to pass and be considered by the Commerce and Financial Institutions committee.

Rep. Kohls moved that HF 1127 be recommended to pass and be considered by the Commerce and Financial Institutions committee.
