MINUTES


Representative Bob Gunther called the eleventh meeting to order at 12:35 p.m. on Wednesday, February 23, 2005, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Clerk noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Rep. Wilkin moved that the minutes from the meeting of February 22, 2005 be approved.

The motion prevailed.


HF588 (Wilkin) Small employer group health coverage flexible benefits plans authorized.

Rep. Wilkin moved that HF588 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Health Policy & Finance.

Rep. Wilkin presented HF588.

Rep. Wilkin moved to adopt the H0588A1 amendment to HF588.

The motion prevailed. The amendment was adopted.

Rep. Atkins moved to adopt the H0588A2 amendment to HF588.

The motion prevailed. The amendment was adopted.

Rep. Wilkin renewed his motion that HF588, as amended, be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Health Policy & Finance.

The motion prevailed.


Rep. Wilkin moved that HF1127 be passed to the Technology, Bioscience and Medical Products Division without recommendation.

The motion prevailed.


The meeting adjourned at 2.15 p.m.
