MINUTES
Representative Dan Dorman, Chair of the Capital Investment Committee, called the ninth meeting to order at 2:35pm on day, April 12, 2005, in Room 500S of the State Office Building.
The Clerk noted the roll.

Representative Knoblach moved that HF498 moved recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Taxes.

Representative Knoblach renewed the motion that HF498 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Taxes. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
