Representative Dan Dorman, Chair of the Capital Investment Committee, called the fourth meeting to order at 2:33pm on Wednesday, February 2, 2005, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Representative Mahoney moved the approval of the 2/1/05 minutes. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The Committee heard a presentation on Local Bridge Replacement and Local Road Improvements.

Representative McNamara assumed the gavel at 3:45pm.
