MINUTES


Representative Greg Davids, Chair of the Agriculture and Rural Development Committee, called the fourth meeting to order at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, January 26, 2005, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Clerk noted the roll.

Members excused:

Chair Davids welcomed the audience and provided a brief overview of the agenda for today.

A quorum was present at 2:34 p.m.

Rep. Hamilton moved approval of the minutes: Wednesday, January 26, 2005. The motion prevailed.
