      The House of Representatives convened at 7:01 a.m. and was called to order by Kurt Daudt, Speaker of the House.

 

      Prayer was offered by Representative Joe McDonald, District 29A, Delano, Minnesota.

 

      The members of the House gave the pledge of allegiance to the flag of the United States of America.

      A quorum was present.

 

      Peterson were excused.

 

      Lohmer was excused until 7:05 p.m.

 

      The Chief Clerk proceeded to read the Journal of the preceding day.  There being no objection, further reading of the Journal was dispensed with and the Journal was approved as corrected by the Chief Clerk.

      The House reconvened and was called to order by the Speaker.

 

 

      Lesch was excused between the hours of 2:35 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.

 

      Howe was excused between the hours of 2:35 p.m. and 4:20 p.m.

 

      Pugh was excused for the remainder of today's session.

      Torkelson moved that H. F. No. 3 be taken from the table.  The motion prevailed.

 

 

MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION

 

      Torkelson moved that the action whereby H. F. No. 3 was given its third reading on Tuesday, May 23, 2017 be now reconsidered.  The motion prevailed.

 

 

      Loeffler and Slocum were excused for the remainder of today's session.

 

 

      The Speaker called Albright to the Chair.

 

 

      Halverson was excused between the hours of 2:55 p.m. and 3:05 p.m.
