No. 2408, A bill for an act relating to transportation; changing passenger automobile registration tax; establishing mobility fund for public transit; dedicating five percent of sales tax on motor vehicles to mobility fund; requiring land use standards for metropolitan transitways; defining eligibility for certain public transit funding; appropriating money; amending Minnesota Statutes 1998, sections 168.013, subdivision 1a; 297B.09, subdivision 1; and 473.25; proposing coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapters 174; and 473.

H. F. No. 2409, A bill for an act relating to taxation; property tax; providing that certain governing bodies must adopt resolutions to increase levies; proposing coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 275.
