F. 3194, A bill for an act relating to courts; requiring forms prepared by the Supreme Court to be made available in electronic format to the public on a remote access basis; requiring that court submissions in civil and criminal cases be submitted to the court in electronic format; requiring the state court administrator to develop a publicly accessible database to store electronic submissions to the court; appropriating money; proposing coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 480.
